Internal communication: HORNBACH Heroes
HORNBACH is growing fast, as is the number of colleagues. How do you keep these HORNBACH Heroes up-to-date, engaged and enthused? By developing a staff magazine: ‘De Hamer’, for example. A magazine where employees from Groningen to Geleen can recognize themselves, including exciting reports and dynamic photography. We have editorial responsibility and determine the themes and topics in consultation with HORNBACH. Subsequently, we develop text, image and design.
Building society together. The motto of the HORNBACHhelpt Foundation. With HORNBACHhelpt, the hardware store is committed to boosting social initiatives with construction- or garden-related help. From refurbishing a petting zoo to transforming the living room at a care facility for young people with disabilities. We are involved with HORNBACHhelpt since its foundation. We take care of the communication and are happy to lend a hand in these projects ourselves!
